I make something similar to your "Carrot, Cream Cheese, and Raisin Bites"! Same idea, but different ingredients: tortilla, peanut butter, cinnamon, and apple.
I'm really looking forward to trying out some of your quick and easy snacks! Thank you for compiling them in an easy list!
