Tzatziki for dipping with veggies:

Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt (has 0% fat, just 80 calories per 5.3 oz.-serving)

I love roasted chickpeas. All you need is a can of chickpeas, a little olive oil, some cayenne, and some salt.

I'm not a good cook, but even I can make this. Dry the chickpeas, oil and season them, and then spread them on a pan. Stick them in the oven at 450 degrees for 30 minutes, and voila, yummy snack!
