Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
1 cup Silk soymilk, original
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions

Blend strawberries, Silk soymilk, banana, and chia seeds until completely smooth. Enjoy immediately or store for later. This smoothie lasts about three days in the refrigerator.
