The winners of NAKANO Rice Vinegars are:

I slice cucumbers and onions, mix with vinegar and water, chill and eat. Delicious.

Nakano rice vinegar, a dash of sesame oil, and poured over steamed sweet (glutinous) rice is a wonderful dessert - or snack! Make balls of this and carry them anywhere.
Maria:
Lower calorie & fat pasta salad! After draining the pasta & running under cool water, splash the pasta with seasoned rice vinegar. Add your veggies, and small bit of salad dressing. The last time I made pasta salad, I probably only used a 1/2 cup or less of dressing for 2 boxes of pasta (many people add a whole bottle) - the vinegar gives it enough flavor, without the calories or sogginess with dressing.

You can usually find NAKANO rice vinegars in the Asian section of your grocery store.
