The apple fig as I have a lot of digestive issues and this combo helps support healthy digestion.

I would like to try the Chocolate Walnut Blueberry. I am always looking for more nutritious ways to satisfy my chocolate addiction! This would be delicious in my Greek yogurt, oatmeal or morning smoothie. Yum!

Ginger Spice would be my first choice. Battling with arthritis and inflammation. The tumeric and ginger combo would be perfect!

I would choose the Ginger Spice. The ingredients sound delicious and very nutritious. I use ginger, cinnamon, and turmeric in my daily diet. I believe they help me with my over all health. All the other ingredients would be an added bonus... thank you Heather

I'd love to try the apple gif for digestive health! I have issues in that department from time to time. Doctors don't know why and I could always use a little boost!

Chocolate Walnut Blueberries because it will control my chocolate urge. Once I start, I'm afraid I cannot stop. This way, this is all I get in the serving.

I'd love to try the ginger spice for immunity. Between the 3 preschoolers at my house and my clients that I do taxes for, I am exposed to lots of germs at this time of year but really need to stay well!!

I have to choose one? That's hard because is can see a use for all of them...smoothies, oatmeal/cereals, salads, frittatas, etc... I think I would try the apple fig first and start with smoothies and go from there. Thanks!!
