Sparkling water plus a slice of lime, Sparkling water and orange juice

I have to admit my love of sparkling water. I just love those little bubbles. When I was pregnant with my daughter, I stopped drinking beer and started drinking Pelligrino. The lovely glass bottle made it easy to give up my evening cocktail of choice.

Also, I gave up Diet Coke and other soda for sparkling water. I was worried about the chemicals in Diet Coke and the sugar in regular soda. Sparkling water is a great way to have a treat without the calories or the chemicals.

When you go to a convenience store, the sparkling water is usually right there next to the soda. Try buying it for a change and see how it goes. Hey, for zero calories if you like it you will doing your waistline a huge favor.

Of course the green people in the audience hate those plastic and glass bottles. If you love sparkling water, how can you avoid them?
