Cookie Dough Dip Recipe

(makes 2 cups)

Ingredients

1 - 15 ounce can chickpeas
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup almond or soy milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

Drain and rinse chickpeas. Put all ingredients except mini chocolate chips in food processor and blend until very smooth. Mix in chips and serve! Store in refrigerator for one week.
