The healthiest food you can eat is fresh fruits and vegetables. Of course, eating an apple every day can get a bit dull.
How do innovate to get as many fresh foods as I can in my diet?
On idea is to dress things up a bit like the above carrot bites. All you do is add a grated carrot to a tortilla with cream cheese and you have managed to eat an entire carrot without noticing.
For breakfast, I add berries or bananas to my cereal. Instead of butter, I use avocado on my toast and I love to mix spinach into my eggs.
At snack time, I like to dip my apple slices in yogurt fruit dip or munch on some vegetables dipped in ranch dressing.
I pre-roast vegetables for dinner so I can just grab a healthy side dish.
These are just some ideas for making it super easy to eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
