What if you could create the chocolate of your dreams in a few easy steps? What would you add to your chocolate if you had a ton of different flavors at the tips of your fingers?

Well, back in November, a company called Chocri offered me some free personalized chocolate bars. And, because I am SO generous, I decided to take them up on their offer.

All I had to do was pick my favorite flavors and they would make my chocolate bars and send them to me. So, I added things like caramel and salt, anise, ginger, and dried strawberry to a dark chocolate. The result was absolutely delicious.

Back in 2009, I wrote about Healthy Chocolate, and this stuff totally fits the bill.

Chocri's chocolate is organic and fair trade. They are a small business in Germany, and they know how to work with chocolate.

Chocolate is a healthy snack option. Just keep your portions sizes under control (which can be quite difficult).

This chocolate bar doesn't come cheap. It starts at about $10 and then you start adding the toppings. The good news is that can be 6 servings - and because it is more expensive (and more tasty) than your average chocolate bar, you will be able to stop yourself from eating the whole thing in one sitting.

Savoring expensive chocolate is a great way to give yourself a treat. And after eating Chocri, you will NEVER eat cheap chocolate again. You won't even be tempted!

This looks like a great chocolate option! I love chocolate and espresso or hazelnut. Or both!
